Know when you need to place your orders to ensure they’ll be delivered in time.
Shipping Types
Our products are delivered via one of the common carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.) to your delivery address.
Standard Shipping
In-stock items typically ship from our store in Houston, TX within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. The normal delivery time from this location is 3 business days (with the exception of 4 days to Washington, Oregon, Maine and parts of New York and Idaho).
Pop-Up Pee Pads will normally ship from the supplier warehouse in California. In the Western half of the country, you will normally receive your pads within 3 business days, and those to the East could expect 4 days (and the upper Northeast may see 5 days in transit), so please be sure to plan accordingly. This also applies to subscriptions. Your subscription date is the day we process the order, not the forecasted delivery date.
Some items are sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box and may incur a separate shipping fee.
Gift Cards
Gift cards have different rates and delivery windows from other products:
- USPS Priority Mail 2-Day™ (2 business days) is available for an $8 surcharge– arrives in 1 business day if placed by 10am PT Mon-Fri.
- UPS and FedEx Standard Overnight delivery is available for a $20 surcharge – arrives in 1 business day if placed by 10am PT Mon-Fri.
Shipping Rates & Fees
Our shipping and processing fees cover the processing, handling, packing and delivery of your order. Delivery fees do not include gift wrap or surcharges that may apply to some items.

SHIPPING FAQs
What happens if the item I ordered is back-ordered?
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of an extended delay, we will notify you by email, phone or mail.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
We can ship some items to a P.O. Box. This excludes oversized items and those shipped directly from our manufacturers. We will notify you in writing within 24 hours of placing your order to confirm shipment via USPS.
Can I ship an order to an APO/FPO address?
Yes, for an additional charge of $10. When entering an APO or FPO address, please follow this example:

City: FPO (use "APO" if appropriate)

Can I ship to destinations outside the US?
Yes. See Shipping to International Destinations on this page. Can I ship items to multiple addresses? At present, we can only process orders with a single address for each order. However, you are able to store and select from any addresses you wish to keep in your account.
Can I delay the shipment of my order?
If you wish to place an order but delay its shipment to a later date, please do so through our Customer Service Center. Call 1.713.492.0656, and one of our sales associates will be happy to assist you.
Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed
If you forgot to add an item to your cart until after the order has been placed, don't worry. If you contact us within 24 hours of your previous order we will do our best to add it to your original order and ship it out together or waive the shipping fee on this additional order. Just email us at customersupport@rockyandmaggies.com and include both order numbers in your message.
